POWER REQUIREMENTS

The MCF1 and ACF1 Filling Machines require a 120Vac power source. Buyer will need to furnish a 120Vac outlet with a 15 amp branch circuit for the ACF1 operation.

FILTERED COMPRESSED CONTROL AIR REQUIREMENTS

The MCF1 and ACF1 require at least 40 psi of filtered compressed control air for the linear actuators. An air filter and pressure regulator with a quick-disconnect male plug is mounted on the rear of the machine enclosure for connection to your filtered compressed control air system. Buyer is responsible for providing the filtered compressed control air system for connection to the machines and we will assist with questions regarding the basic requirements of the filtered compressed control air system.

CARTRIDGE FORM FACTOR, TRAY SPECIFICATION AND SAMPLES

It is not necessary to provide cartridge samples with an MCF1 purchase.
For the ACF1 Filling Machine, we specify and design custom CNC machined Delrin cartridge trays and guides to accomodate your specific cartridges. The maximum cartridge diameter that the tray will accomodate is 11.5 mm (o.453 inches).

In order to verify the cartridge tray specification and perform pre-operational testing of the ACF1 system, we require that Buyer deliver to us a minimum quantity of ten (10) cartridges of the exact form factor that will be filled with the ACF1.

SYSTEM VERIFICATION, START UP AND ACCEPTANCE

System Acceptance by Buyer will be achieved upon beneficial use of the MCF1 or ACF1 Filling Machine.
