What operators ask before they buy.

What markets is the IZR certified for?
The IZR carries cETLus certification (electrical safety equivalence for UL, CSA, and IEC), which covers North American deployment. For European regulated markets, the IZRC variant carries CE certification and is configured for 230V 50Hz power with a 6-language HMI.
What's the power requirement?
Standard 120VAC 60Hz single-phase, 250W consumption. We specify a dedicated 15A circuit for reliable operation. The IZRC variant runs 230V 50Hz for European installation.
How does the IZR compare to the SVH?
The IZR is fully automatic: the operator loads a tray and collects a completed tray. The SVH is semi-automatic, with the operator stepping each fill. The IZR suits production-scale operations; the SVH suits smaller runs, multi-SKU producers who need manual step control, and operations that pair filling with the Little JIM joint-infusion bolt-on.
Can I upgrade an existing ACF1 to an IZR?
Legacy ACF1 and Gen 1 IZR upgrade paths may be limited by parts availability, including the table controllers used on those machine generations. Is the IZR OEM-packaging compatible?
Yes. The IZR works with standard OEM cartridge packaging trays (max 252 devices per tray). Maximum cartridge height is 5.25", which accommodates the full range of common cartridge form factors in the regulated market.
What languages does the HMI support, and can operators switch temperature units?
The second-generation IZR HMI supports six languages and allows operators to switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius temperature displays.
What's included in the documentation package?
Public downloads include the cut sheet and installation guide. Through the online store, registered IZR owners can access the operator manual, parts catalog, service procedures, and GMP-workflow documentation appropriate for audit readiness.
