Equipment may be updated; refer to the documentation shipped with your specific machine, identified by serial number, for the authoritative reference. For audit-grade documentation appropriate to a specific machine, contact us directly.

The Site links to third-party sites, including store.thompsondukeindustrial.com (online store) and rosinreactor.com (affiliated partner). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site. The store subdomain is operated by Thompson Duke Industrial under its own terms of service and privacy policy.

8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thompson Duke Industrial is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Site is limited to the greater of one hundred US dollars (USD 100) or the amount you paid Thompson Duke Industrial, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply to claims that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thompson Duke Industrial and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim arising from your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or your infringement of any third-party right in connection with your use of the Site.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising from the Site or these Terms is the state and federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon.
